During Black History Month, when the investment and financial industries advocate diversity, Institutional Connect had the opportunity to interview Darcie James-Maxwell, Head of Canadian Operations, Data and Platform Solutions with BNY Mellon and CIBC Mellon. Darcie shared her own experience on building a career path, her thoughts for financial industry organizations looking to build a culture of diversity and inclusion, as well as advice for young professionals from minority backgrounds who are looking to pursue careers in the financial industry.
